LMPV rated “outstanding” at mid-term evaluation

An international panel installed by NWO has carried out a mid-term review of the LMPV program. The panel concluded: “The scientific achievements of the LMPV group are outstanding in terms of quality and impact of the output. There is no doubt that the goal of creating critical mass in the program’s topic has been achieved, also through the hiring of three excellent young group leaders. LMPV is acting as a strong interdisciplinary team and its activities have been extremely visible both in the scientific environment (as measured by the number of citations and prizes) and in the general public (through many successful outreach initiatives).”
